Bruker AVANCE II 400 MHz NMR Spectrometer
NMR spectrometer equipped for of liquid and solid sample measurements. Vacuum cell for 4 mm rotors to perform measurements under controlled atmosphere (CO2, Xe, N2…). Automatic tuning, variable temperature and pulsed field gradient capabilities.
Magnet: standard bore.
4 mm CPMAS double channel probe (H/X)
Sample volume 80 ul. Max spinning speed 15 kHz.
This solid state NMR probe uses 4 mm o.d. sample rotors for routine solid measurements.
2.5 mm CPMAS double channel probe (H/F-X)
Sample volume 10 ul. Max spinning speed 35 kHz. This solid state NMR probe uses 2.5 mm o.d. sample rotors to provide very high spin rates at the magic angle for high resolution 1H solid state measurements.
Double resonance broad band tuneable probe (BBO)
Standard 5 mm tuneable probe whit sensitivity optimized to lower sensitivity nuclei (31P – 15N).
The outer coil is optimized for 1H decoupling and observation.
Automatic tuning capabilities to change nucleus in consecutive measurements.
Pulsed field gradient capability.
